Super Alpha First Release
These are the necessary and sufficient things for our first alpha release, as documented in Pivotal Tracker ( http://www.pivotaltracker.com/projects/30845?story_id=1350229):
- Front Page
- list of legislators by State
- Individual legislator page
- picture/party/state
- voting history (with RSS; last first). each row has:
- date
- title of the bill (linking to the full text at the House website)
- vote (yes/no/abstention/obstruction(?)/blank/absent)
That's it. No signup/login, no email notifications, nothing.
